Midpoint check 2024

As we take stock of the initial part of 2024, the last half-year stands out as a period defined by significant transformations and difficulties in my personal journey. Opting to step away from my job brought a blend of unpredictability and fresh opportunities into my sphere. Dealing with the passing of my mother has been a profoundly moving experience, reshaping my being in ways that are still unfolding. A physical ailment added to the hurdles, underlining the delicate nature of life. I've come to value even the simplest tasks, like the mundane routines that become arduous when dealing with an injury, as true blessings. Among these tribulations, sacrificing my much-anticipated trip to Mount Fuji proved to be a tough yet essential compromise. Despite these obstacles and sorrows, I am amazed by the enduring resilience inherent in us all, pushing us to persist and aim for sunnier days ahead.
