The World Tour Highlights #1
I was at the Icelandic Phallological Museum on 2022 New Year Eve, which for sure I would have never thought. I was supposed to be on two days guided tour to South Coast, unfortunately there was severe snowstorm which blocked the roads for safety and trips was cancelled and so I hang out in the city of Reykjavík.
I managed to check out a few museums in town thanks to the one day citycard, and I still had a bit of time before the city turned quiet for New Year Eve, and so let’s check out the penis. It was actually quite crowded when I got there as there was a heavy snow and many of us were trying to find a warm place.
The decoration of the museum was quite cute and the exhibition / collection was really impressive. Interestingly, this museum actually started from a joke! To be honest, it was an eye-opening experience as these would never be in my department and really surprised to see the sperm whale’s which was taller than me! I also love their description on how the animals mate and the reactions before and after. Funny part was they even exhibited the fictional characters! I have learnt something new!
I was hoping to try their waffles (in penis shape!) however the kitchen closed early so I only got to have the Moby dick beer.
I will never forget this afternoon, what an ‘educational’ new year eve! =)
